Our Jefferson Street pie plates are thoughtfully crafted by a small team of American potters using vintage American equipment, bare hands, and a lot of hard work. Designed for everyday baking and lasting beauty, these plates offer a timeless shape that feels right at home in both modern and traditional kitchens.
Each pie plate is made from durable stoneware clay and fired to vitrification, creating a strong, scratch-resistant surface that bakes evenly and reliably. The result is uniform heat distribution, golden flaky crusts, and pies that stay warm longer at the table.
